My plans are to update this throughout the day.

Morning:
Kashi Go Lean Heart to Heart waffles and Smucker’s Sugar Free Grape Jam 3 pts
1 cup grapes 1 pt
Kashi Pumpkin Flax Granola Bar 3 pts
Afternoon:
Healthy Choice Old Fashioned Chicken Noodle Soup 3 pts
Whole Wheat Matzo Board 1 pt
Apple 1 pt
Sargento Reduced Fat String Cheese 1 pt
1 cup Cucumber 0 pt
1 packet Swiss Miss Sugar Free Hot Chocolate Mix with hot water 1 pt
Dinner:
Pizza Hut Salad 1 pt
1 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar, spices 1 pt
Easy Chicken Tetrazzini 5 pts
Whole Wheat Matzo Board with organic Raspberry Jam 3 pts
Snack:
1/2 large banana, 1 cp skim milk, protein powder 3.5 pts
Hershey 100 Calorie Wafers 2 pts
7 almonds 1 pt

That actually rounds out to a perfect eating day for me.   I did use 1.5 flex points, but I got some great workouts and made sure that a met all of my nutritional needs, including that ever present chocolate fix, lol.
