New Training Plan Posted

I have posted my training plan that will carry me through the full marathon in January.  I had already designed it, but my race schedule had some changes to it so I had to go back and make some changes accordingly.  The first day of the plan is today and I need to run 3-4 easy miles.  Couldn’t get out this morning because the weather wasn’t favorable.  If it still isn’t by the time I get home I will probably do my run on the treadmill this evening.  Blech! 

Still working on the LA pictures.  I was putting some up last night when my internet crashed.  At that point I just shut the pc down and got ready for bed.

    I don’t beleive there are any LA pictures, i think it’s a big ruse! 😉
