The 8 Days of Thankgiving – Day 3

Today I am thankful for my treadmill.  Just kidding.  Though I will be using it for my speed training this morning because ti is 40 degrees out with winds between 10 and 20 mph with gusts stronger than that.  Frankly I don’t want to blow away and winds can make it difficult to do speed training.

What I am really thankful for today are my friends.  They accept me for who I am no matter what.  They humor me when I am being nutty and listen when they know I just need someone there.  Plus we do lots of fun stuff together like going to see Dane Cook.  Yay baby!

Okay, showing my age here, what’s a Dane Cook?

  2. Jeff Says:

Alright, this is pretty sad — I looked him up and can’t tell he’s a singer or comedian?

Am I pathetic? I hope not!

  3. KingHade Says:

    No, you’re ok Jeff… Dane Cook isa punk… Don’t worry about it… (btw, he’s a comedian… allegedly…)

  4. K80K Says:

    KingHade, just because you’re not a fan…

Jeff: He is a comedian. Very out there, vulgar at times, likes to scream and jump up and down a lot.

  5. Jeff Says:

They said that about Eddie Murphy and Richard Prior, too. (Well, Proir only jumped up and down when he lit himself on fire!)

  6. KingHade Says:

    I’m not a fan because he’s a punk! 😛

J/K… But serisouly, I feel like he’s overrated… Did anyone see “Employee of the Month”? Horrible…

  7. K80K Says:

I like his standup. His movie appearances have left a bit to be desired, but let’s face it, he is some major eye candy. Even though the stories may not have been that great I am willing to sit through it to see him for an hour and a half straight. 😉

Ehh, all the ladies say that… I just don’t see it…
