No Sleep for the Sleeping Arms

I went out walking with Melissa last night just like old times. We were so engrosed in conversation that we passed our 2 mile goal and had walked another 1/2 mile before we realized it. After that I still had to take the monster for her walk. I ended up cutting it short because of some discomfort in my acheilles tendon.

I followed up the walks with a shower which put me in the perfect condition to want to fall straight to sleep, but it was only 8:30. So I laid and bed and worked on my book. That lasted till around 9:15 when I felt like I was going to pass out.

I shut off the light and snuggled down into my covers. For some reason I kept rolling onto my side last night, but instead of doing it the way I normally do I kept rolling onto my arms so that the circulation to them would cut off. I woke up I think 3 or 4 times last night with my arms tingling.

I woke up with my alarm but ended up laying there for several minutes trying to convince myself that I needed to get out of bed. Right now I have a feeling I look like the living dead because I can tell my eyes are half shut.
