Sucky Run

My run tonight wasn’t the best.  I think it was because I headed out frustrated, overdid the first mile, and then really felt my burning biscuits in the second.  I stopped at 2 miles.  I’ve decided to readjust this week’s training schedule accordingly by replacing my Complete Body Sculpting I have on tap for tomorrow with a much less lower body intensive Jiggle Free Arms tomorrow.
